White Swan

White Swan apartments was formerly a 78 unit Senior housing complex located in Uniontown, PA and once a 6 story hotel. It was transformed into 47 – one bedroom-larger units for low income residents 62 and older. This project was a complete interior remodel. The work included complete removal and replacement of all interior non-load bearing walls, ceilings, flooring, doors, windows, roofing, and electric, mechanical, and plumbing systems. The buildings existing masonry exterior was repointed, cleaned and sealed. Site work included new utility connections, asphalt paving, site concrete replacement, and site lighting.
